Acrylic Art Collection

McAdam’s exploration of acrylic painting primarily started in the early 2010’s while he was living in Barrie, Ontario Canada. After a full career in film and television, his geometric, greyscale designs and concept illustrations evolved into an artistic expression inspired by the vibrancy of the cosmos and the natural world. His painting techniques had matured by this time into using multiple washes and patiently using layering to achieve his desired effect, informed by his decades of work on film sets and scenic art production.

The reproductions offered on this site are part of the family’s private collection and are printed on stretched cotton canvas, most on 38mm canvas unless otherwise noted. Hanging hardware sold separately and the canvases are ready to be framed.
